Camp Locations

Comfort Zone Camps welcome kids from around the country. We have had campers travel from 44 states, Washington D.C., Canada and the UK. Our goal is to reach all 50 states.
The first Comfort Zone Camp was held near Richmond, Virginia in 1999. In ten years, Comfort Zone has expanded its camp services to three additional locations – California, Massachusetts, New Jersey - all free of charge. Comfort Zone is also hosting a North Carolina mini-camp in 2010, and plans to expand to Texas in 2011.
The “camp bubble” in which Comfort Zone is set creates an environment where grieving children can have fun and break the isolation death often brings, while learning valuable coping skills for their daily lives. Read about how camp helps.
